The remaining two levels will be delivered in the same format, each centered around three webinars per month for 6 months with supplementary materials, all designed for application. [and aimed at application]

The second level is titled “The Sanity Scale”. [subject to change] It covers the 11 major elements of an organization and how and why you find irrationalities in them. You will learn what is the Ideal for each of these elements and how to move toward that Ideal.

The Third level is called “Why Finding”. [Subject to change] To deal with situations that are illogical one must learn logic. Then one can investigate to find the root cause of any situation, whether good or bad.

Yes. I will review lessons sent in. I will see all questions asked and see that answers are provided. I will look at your stats. If you can attend the halfway meeting in person, we will sit down together and compare where you are then to your initial business analysis.

Prior to each webinar you can send in questions or a description of any difficulties you are having in understanding or applying the material. I will address common questions and issues at the webinar. If your question is a one-off, I will reply directly to you. Also, if you are able to attend the live seminar just past the halfway point, we can sit down together and go over any points you have.

When I have delivered seminars in the past, I have always surveyed ahead of time and addressed the main topic for that audience. I have never brought it all together in a sequential “learn and apply” format as we are doing here. I’m excited about being able to go from A to Z to deliver a full understanding of the Laws and the tools available and to be able to work with you to implement them. This is an established system of teaching and learning. This is a culmination of 50 years of teaching admin scale around the world. ALL of the key points and all the errors I have observed are covered. You will be getting the distilled best of the best.

Yes. Midway through the six months we are planning a weekend get-together. I will deliver lectures, we will have drills and we can review your progress and answer questions. We will also release a special bonus to support your efforts that I’ll brief you on then. More news and details on this will be coming soon.

Yes. I think it is important that your key staff can “speak the same language” and track with your planning. They can listen in on the webinars, you can share the videos. They cannot use your workbook but that is the only restriction.

It wouldn’t be a surprise if I told you, but we are planning a training series that you can implement to get ALL of your staff “on the same page”. While your receptionist or salesman doesn’t need to know everything you will learn, they DO need to learn their general staff hat. In addition to the specific duties of any post from the top of the organizational chart to the bottom, every staff member is a member of the group. Being a member of a group carries its own duties and responsibilities. This is what makes or breaks the “group”, what makes it a team or just a bunch of individuals. To support your position at the top we are planning to provide you with Arte Maren Management Training that all of your staff can do as part of their onboarding.

What is expected of them as a group member?
What are their duties?
What does an executive want on his lines?
What will the group exchange with them?
What and why are their company policies and how do they apply them?

We call this “pushing power to power”. More on this later but this will be available to managers who have done at least the first level of the AMMT program.

We will set up a secure client portal that only you can access. We will provide materials and links there. You can also upload your lessons and drills, stats etc. into appropriate folders. Messages or replies will go there and you will receive an email notification of any new correspondence.
